Space Property Staging Founder, Dani Trow, has been involved in property for over 17 years, buying and renovating properties to a high standard ready for sale. Dani has also been working in a corporate role within the investment industry for a number of years, but in 2022 took the leap to transform her love for property and interior styling to launch Space Property Staging.

The property staging market which is very much the norm in the US, has experienced a strong period of growth in the UK in recent years, with sellers and estate agents becoming increasingly aware of the huge financial benefits that can be unlocked with staging.

Designing schemes, selecting and ordering the furnishing and decorative items to then dress properties to a high standard can be complex and time-consuming, so this was a great time to launch a one-stop-shop for staging in Devon.

Why ‘Space’?

Dani chose the theme of space to name her business and build her brand as she’s always been visually drawn to the sky and space:

I am fascinated by outer space – there are so many adjectives that are used to describe it which are a combination of conflicting ideas: beautiful, hostile, majestic, vast, cosmic, cold, unfathomable, empty and incomprehensible.

I like to apply some of these descriptions to empty spaces within a property. A house can be built or renovated to the highest standard, but empty spaces can be really confusing and intimidating to potential buyers.’

A well-known industry statistic is that 9 out of 10 people cannot properly visualise how they would live in an empty space.

So let’s take your property to market empty – that’s 90% of buyers that could potentially scroll past your listing or walk away from your property because they could not visualise themselves living there.

Our Staging Style

The Space Property Staging interior style can be described as urban modern. This means modern, minimalist, glamorous, and chic.

Low-profile furniture in neutral colours will be combined with pops of vibrant colour from bespoke soft furnishings, finished with a carefully curated selection of eclectic decorative items and modern art.

Each design scheme will be tailored to ensure that each stage provides maximum impact to the target market.
