View from Space – 2 hour consultation – from £250
Our designer will visit the property and then provide a comprehensive report with a list of recommendations for the homeowner to implement in order to make the home more saleable
Create Space – half day de-cluttering and packing service – from £400
Our team will visit the property, de-clutter and pack items in order to make the spaces more appealing to prospective buyers in online photos and during viewings
Create Space – full day de-cluttering and packing service – from £800
As above but full working day
Sprinkle of Stardust ‘light’ staging service – from £1,100
2 hour consultation and report, full day decluttering and packing of items, ‘light’ staging service which includes a carefully selected array of soft furnishings and accessories. 6 week rental of inventory. Full collection at the end of the rental period
Space Stage – complete property staging package – from £1,595
This package includes 2 hour consultation, bespoke design scheme to best suit the property and the target market, professional styling and installation of furniture and accessories, 6 week rental of inventory, full delivery and removal.
